Charles Chu & Kenneth Sit 成立于1989 年，是一家香港律师事务所。 目前的合伙人是朱嘉祥和侯伯新，带领一支经验丰富的律师团队代表我们的客户在商业和房地产交易、争议解决、监管调查和合规方面需要法律服务。

We assist charities with their establishment and applications for tax-exempt status under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
