Mr. Sincere Wong joins our firm as a partner in 2026.  Prior to joining us, he was the founder of Sincere Wong & Co, now renamed Messrs. Heung Massie & Clement until he retired in December 2024 and became a Consultant therein.  He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1993 and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1994.  He was admitted as a Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area lawyer in 2022.

Mr. Wong is specialized in IPOs and Commercial and Corporate Finance.  He had been working as an in-house lawyer for Hong Kong listed companies for around 15 years (including being the head of legal department in some of these listed companies), before he joined the Listing Department of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2011. Between 2011 and 2016, he had vetted over 100 Main Board and GEM listing applications, including applications for transfer from GEM to Main Board.

While working for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Mr. Wong has drafted a number of Guidance Letters, including HKEx-GL68-13, Guidance on Suitability for Listing.

Since September 2018, Mr. Wong has been the Independent Non-Executive Director of Net-A-Go Technology Company Limited (stock code : 1483)

Since August 2020, Mr, Wong has been the Independent Non-Executive Director of Fulu Holdings Limited (stock code : 2101)

Since March 2022, Mr. Wong has been the Independent Non-Executive Director of Jinmao Property Services Co., Ltd. (stock code : 816)

Since September 2024, Mr. Wong has been the Independent Non-Executive Director of Qian Xun Technology Limited (formerly Ruicheng (China) Media Group Limited) (stock code : 1640)
